100 values, motivators and drivers. Four steps. A personal values charter that goes beyond a list — into what your values actually mean for how you live and work.
Not all "values" are the same thing
Core Values
Guiding principles that shape decisions regardless of circumstances. Integrity, Honesty, Fairness, Trust
Motivators
What drives and energises you. Challenge, Creativity, Growth, Recognition
States
Conditions you want to live and work in. Peace, Freedom, Security, Harmony
Character Traits
Who you want to be. Courage, Wisdom, Empathy, Discipline
Outcomes
Results you want to create in the world. Impact, Legacy, Prosperity, Success
We deliberately include all five types. Whether something is a value, a motivator or a desired state — if it influences your decisions and behaviour, it matters. The tool analyses which types dominate your profile and reflects that back to you.
