Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is stop. A simple timer to give your mind the space it needs to reset.

Sit comfortably — back straight, shoulders relaxed

Close your eyes and breathe deeply through your nose

Focus on your breath — in and out, naturally

When thoughts arise — let them pass like clouds, gently return to your breath
A gong will gently bring you back at the end.
